The importance of the habit

How many times did you tell yourself to start to study, to practice, or to eat healthier and you didn't do it?

I did that 1000 times. However, I am changing it.

I am trying to create new habits. For example, I will write five texts per week during a month. I started last week and it has been successfully approached.

Samuel Johnson said, “the chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.”

For the moment I am enjoying this new habit, but it is true that it is not strong enough to do it without thinking about it.

I started to think about the importance of creating habits after I saw the post of a friend in his profile on Instagram. He is a personal trainer named Jordi Ferrer, @jordfit.pt on IG.

Jordi challenged his users to create 10 new habits for 10 days. During the 10 days, he sent us an email per day where he made us create really small habits that would drive us to bigger changes in our lives.

I just have to say thank you to him. During those 10 days, I was not thinking that it would really change something. However, I had big changes in my daily routine. But the most important is that I know how to create new habits. This text is an example.

Are you waiting until tomorrow to change your life?
